How to post a job on Jobs in Ireland dot ORG

Steps to post your positions on Jobs in Ireland . ORG

It works very easily, the first posting is moderated by a staff member. But once you have been authorised to post your first job position, posting further positions will happen instantly.

Posting your first job

  1. Click the post a new job icon on the right hand side, http://jobsinireland.org/post/
  2. Then enter the job details, and info about your company.
  3. The system works off the email address, so if you use XYZ@jobsinireland.ORG , you should use that for further postsings
  4. Hit submit and wait to be approved.
  5. We will approve the first job you submit from that email address (XYZ@jobsinireland.ORG)
  6. You will receive an email when your first job is approved, stating how you can delete/edit your position
  7. Then you have sucessfully posted your first job position.

Posting subsequent jobs

  1. Click the post a new job icon on the right hand side again, http://jobsinireland.org/post/
  2. Then enter the job details, and info about your company.
  3. Make sure you use the same email address as before (in our case it was XYZ@jobsinireland.ORG )
  4. Verify your advert and hit publish.
  5. This time your job will be live on our site immediately, without a need for our intervetion.

Multiple accounts per Company

If you want to have job applications sent to different people in your company, we will still need to approve each person's first posting, as the system is based on their email address. And after the first posting it all happens instantly.

How applicants apply

  1. When applicants applies for a job, they fill out their details and locate their CV on their computer.
  2. They hit send, and their details goes directly to you, and the uploaded CV, all via email. This is the email you provided when submitting a job. We don't get involved with any of this process.
