My client is a beautiful four star hotel based in the west of cork
Experience:
My Client is a newly opened four star Hotel based in West Cork.
The type of person we are seeking needs to:
Be coming from a very operational background in Restaurant Management
4* Hotel experience is essential
Fine Dining experience is essential.
Must be very hands on and have food service experience.
You will be reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager but all aspects regarding the running of the Restaurant will be your responsibility: Roistering, Training, Staff Supervision etc.
Great opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor looking to take the next step in the employment ladder as this role offers a Restaurant Managers position only with a Restaurant Supervisor title.
Salary: €22,000-€25,000 (depending on experience)
