My client is currently seeking a Pastry Chef with a creative flair for desserts and bread making.
It's reputation is built on consistently good food, service and atmosphere. The main restaurant seats approx 60 people with a function room that can accommodate 30 people.
Creative flair for pasty and bakery is essential for this position. Prerequisites include:
At least 2 years experience in pastry
Experience in bread making
Ability to work alone and as part of the kitchen team
Willingness to work in other kitchen departments when the need arises.
Haccp training essential
Good working level of English required
The successful candidate will demonstrate flair and imagination and the highest culinary standards and food production knowledge.
