Italian Customer Service Rep

A Limerick based multi national company requires an Italian Customer Service Rep.
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing proactive services for assigned customers across Europe. Manage the customer interactions throughout the process so that the customer is clear on each step of the process and has a positive experience from process start through to closure of the maintenance event. Analysis the customer environment and the delivery of a design workbook.
You will have 1-3 years Customer Service or Administration experience. Fluent English and Italian is essential. Excellent PC, Organisational and Telephone skills are essential.
Salary: €23-25K plus Bonus, VHI & Pension
