IT Support Customer Care Agent
The Role
To provide technical support to both external and internal clients and provide assistance to the operations department
Key Responsibilities
Answering internal and external technical support requests
Logging support queries and solutions within agreed contractual timelines
Reporting and analysis of all Tech Support throughput
Maintain and update customer and internal information
Burn required/ requested files onto CDs
Ownership, Upkeep and Management of all releases on designated servers
Providing support services to Sales & Marketing and Product Management Teams on customer installations and onsite troubleshooting.
Site visits for software installations/configuration.
Setting up new software
Maintaining software licences
Become knowledge expert on company products
Flexible working hours may apply
Requirements
Degree in IT related field or equivalent relevant experience
Good PC Hardware and software knowledge
Fluency in English essential
Problem solving abilities.
Ability to work under time constraints
An ability to effectively work independently or in a team environment.
Desirable
ITIL Foundation qualified or good knowledge of ITIL concepts
Personal Characteristics
Good communicator
Outgoing
Team player
Experience
At least one years experience in contact centre environment in technical support area
Team player with proven customer services ability
Excellent communication skills
Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Flash, HTML and JAVA
Good networking knowledge
Desirable - Two years customer services experience
Salary: eu26/27k plus excelletn benefits and training
