Senior IT Solutions Business Development Manager

Senior Account Manager (Enterprise IT Solutions and Services) Dublin based.
The successful candidate(s) will have at least 3-5 years sales experience in the IT sales industry in Ireland – preferably this experience will be their most recent employment. The role is primarily to grow our business by developing new business opportunities in the areas of IT services, project management, managed services, outsourcing & consultancy. Also experience in the following, Enterprise-class Servers, Storage (DAS/NAS/SAN), Databases, Networking, Data Life-Cycle Management, Virtualisation, etc This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, ambitious, & capable of working within a team environment as well as maintain their own focus on their own business.
Reporting to our sales director in our Dublin office, candidates should have a full clean driving license and their own car (expenses will be paid). Salary is negotiable but is dependant on the candidate’s proven experience in this field and we have an uncapped commission scheme & bonus. Company Pension plan & Health plan available.
This role is primarily new business development, involving new customer meetings at a high level and competing against string competition in all of our locations.
Responsibilities:
• Selling enterprise IT solutions and services
• Understanding customer business needs and drivers
• Establishing relationship with customer/partner at all organizational levels
• Adjusting business plans based on accounts and industry segment opportunities
• Participating in sales strategy planning
• Maintaining and growing the business
• Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close
• Ability to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment
Essential Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of IT sales
• A Professional and Positive Attitude
• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and services
• Strong Client & Supplier Management Skills
• Ability to convert Quotations to Orders
• Excellent communications capabilities and presentation skills
• Vertical industry knowledge
• Margin Driven
• Proven experience in sales
• Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
• Proven track record in sales. Ability to meet and exceed individual targets
salary eu45-5k plus commission OTE eu120k
