TELESALES SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Dublin 12
Sector: Electronics/Electrical distribution
Reporting to the Customer and Order Processing Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging role in a dynamic work environment, with excellent opportunities for career development and advancement
Ideally we are looking for a technically astute candidate with strong communications and inter-personal skills who has at least 1 years experience in a high volume telesales environment. There are definite prospects to eventually move into a Field sales role with the company and this opportunity gives the individual an excellent chance to be come familiar with all the company’s products and clients.
Applicants should have the following skills / attributes:
? Leaving certificate and/or engineering qualification and at least 1 years experience in telesales.
? Ability to communicate and effectively interface with potential and existing customers in promoting the company’s products and services to secure new business
? Most contacts will be from the company’s existing client list with some new business development. Most communication will be done over the phone and email. It will be the purpose of this individual to continually update information correctly on the company’s database on existing clients whilst inquiring after new business and using initiative to develop new business leads. So the role would comprise of account management, networking for information and business development. The individual will update the company’s SAP database with any new client information so experience in this would be beneficial. If not, a reasonable standard of computer literacy should suffice.
The selected individual will be fluent in spoken and written English. They will have a passion for working in a direct customer liaison role within the technology sector. They will be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to challenge. They will be quick thinking and not afraid to learn and show an aptitude for sales. Success in this position will be a natural step towards a field sales role so ambition will be rewarded..
Starting salary €25/26k pa with good benefits and career prospects.
