Job Title: Financial Controller
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller, based at their offices in South County Dublin. This is a hands-on role, where the successful candidate will not only be responsible for the management of the finance function, but will also be expected to add value on both a strategic and operational level in the company.
Responsibilities will include:
• Timely, accurate and relevant management reporting for the company to HQ.
• Proactive management of all areas of working capital.
• Proactive review of revenues and outgoings, and implementation of corrective measures where necessary.
• Monitor and develop strong internal processes.
• Budgets and Cash-flow projections.
• Selection, training, motivation, and management of Finance Dept staff.
• Liaison with external partners such as banking, legal, audit, tax and insurance.
• Management of key accounts.
• Payroll management and processing.
• Statutory reporting.
• VAT, PAYE/PRSI returns etc.
Educational \ Experience requirements:
• Possession of a relevant accountancy qualification
• Minimum 3 years in a similarly senior role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Competence and experience in the use of IT systems
Salary: eu60-70k plus package
