A multi national company based in Shannon requires a Sales Support.
You will be responsible for supporting sales rep on the road. You will be processing of new proposals and handling customer related queries in order to maximise business volumes and payment protection penetration. Identification of up sell / cross-sell opportunities. Identification of retention opportunities with existing customers. Liaise with Account Managers on potential new business. Negotiate rates and follow through to drawdown.
You will have 1-2 years Telesales, Customer Service, Administration or Retail experience. Excellent Sales, Negotiation and Organisational skills are required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.15am -5.15pm and OFF FOR THE WEEKEND!
