Experienced Java Developer (10+ years), Contract, 6 months, Dublin North

Vantage Resources are looking for a Java / J2EE developer to work on a large-scale development project with a public sector body which will see you working on a pivotal public services project.
You will have a minimum of 10 years development and design experience and will have experienced the entire development cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, test and implementation. You will have strong J2EE experience and also possess a solid C/C++ background.
Much of the client estate is implemented using a 3-tier architecture implemented on OpenRoad/Tuxedo/ Ingres-ESQL. Experience of a variety of architectures, especially3-tier and Client/Server architectures, especially JEE/J2EE on WebLogic and Tomcat/Axis is an advantage.
You must be a self-starter with ability to communicate issues clearly and be able to work with minimum supervision.
