A large manufacturing company requires a Customer Service Rep.

You will be responsible for to deliver a positive customer experience to support the company brand and to ultimately grow the business. To deliver against pre-determined target metrics that measure individual, team and business performance. Set realistic expectations with the customer and to deliver on those expectations every time. Keep the customer informed in line with the expectations set.

Manage open customer case to resolution. To own the customer issue and understand the customer needs. Ensure understanding of how and when the customer wants to be updated and deliver on this. Manage in-bound customer calls and emails to support pre-sales and post sales service to customers in line with target service levels.

You will have 1-2 years customer service experience. Diploma or Certificate advantageous, equivalent number of year's commercial experience also considered. Customer focused experience and PC Literate with competent keyboard skills is essential. Demonstrate problem solving, organisational and solid communication skills.

Salary: €23-25K plus Bonus, VHI & Pension.
