Production Biochemist
at Stelfox Recruitment (Anywhere)
My client is looking for a biochemist to join their expanding tissue culture group. The successful individual will work with the production team lead to ensure key metrics in Health & Safety, Quality/Compliance, Customer Service and cost are met.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring daily production & in process / QC testing is carried out in an accurate and efficient manner
• Identifying and resolving issues which may impact the production
schedule/quality of product and highlight any issues which might lead
to failure in quality.
• Revision of documentation as required and recommend
improvements where appropriate
• Working effectively to build productive relationships with other functional
groups within the company
Requirements:
• Degree in a life science with 1-2yrs industrial experience
• Experience working in an aseptic environment preferably a cell culture /
Virology laboratory.
• Good understanding of production operations, quality assurance and
cGMP/GLP requirements.
