My client is looking for chemist to join their expanding chemistry department. The successful individual will be reporting to the chemistry team-leader and ultimately the department manager.
Excellent opportunity for future progression to supervisory and managerial positions within this company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a Scientific discipline, specializing in Chemistry
- 2-3 years experience within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry
- An excellent knowledge of laboratory procedures and practices
- Experience with the following techniques;
- HPLC, GC
- Flexibility & willingness to carry out shift-work
Skills:
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong knowledge of cGMP/cGLP is required.
- A methodical and logical approach to problem solving.
- Good knowledge of chemical analysis and an ability to successfully resolve analytical issues.
