Financial Reporting Manager

A large multinational company requires a Financial Reporting Manager for it’s Limerick operation.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the internal accounting resources to deliver draft statutory accounts in accordance with deadlines specified. Manage the person preparing the Irish entity statutory accounts. Planning and Coordination of the External Auditor visits to the Accounting department and to the individual Business Units in conjunction with EMEA Accounting Senior Management and Accounting Managers. Work with External Auditors to ensure that their audit plan reflects the latest allocation of tasks. Keep abreast of latest organisational structure changes and impact on statutory accounting requirements. Provide regular updates to Corporate Reporting on the status of statutory filings in EMEA.
You will have 4-5 years post qualification experience, preferably from a large Public Accounting Firm background with a fully Qualified Accountant qualification. Multi-level negotiation skills are required. Ability to identify improvement opportunities & translate same from concept to reality. Ability to develop, sustain and leverage networks / relationships. Willing to travel is essential.
Salary will be depending on candidates experience & skills. Basic Salary plus Bonus, VHI & Pension.
