Inside Sales Manager

A Shannon based multi national organisation requires a Inside Sales Manager.
You will responsible for leading a team that adds value to the work of the EMEA Branded sales group through developing relationships with partners & the Sales & Marketing teams. Support the Sales Administration, Customer Service and Sales Operational activity to allow the EMEA Sales team to meet their revenue targets.
Devise outbound sales programs with territory managers for enhancing effectiveness of branded partner base. Coach and manage Inside Sales group to achieve outbound sales objectives. Reports on activity and achievements, and analysis of effectiveness. Link with Sales & Marketing personnel to develop & implement key sales generating programs which complement their market strategies.
You will have 3-5 years experience in Inside Sales \ Customer service \ Marketing \ Sales experience. Diploma or Degree in either Sales & Marketing or other business related course.
Analysis of reports and information that enables outbound sales programs to be devised and be effective. Management of a busy inside sales group. Knowledge & experience of the operational activity of the order fulfilment process.
Salary: €45K +
