A Limerick based retail company requires a Retail Operations Manager
You will be responsible for the overall running of a busy retail store. You will Reach & exceed Sales Targets, Hiring, & Training staff, Rotas, Dealing with Suppliers and Merchandising the store.
You must have 5+ years solid retail management experience. Previous experience dealing with suppliers. A proven record of sales performance is required. Excellent People Management, Negotiating and Selling skills are essential.
