full time French Customer Service

Our Shannon based client requires a French Customer Service Representatives.

Duties:

You will be responsible for handling customer inbound calls. Provide customer service order taking to customers of Clients. Answer calls and emails within department stated goals. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on calls and emails. Escalate questions and issues to Customer Service Supervisor as required.

Requirements:

You will have 1-2 years customer service experience. Fluent English and French is essential. Excellent PC, Organisational and Customer Care skills are essential.

Salary:
€22,000 + VHI & Pension.

Interviews will be held this week with a view to starting training next week.
