A Shannon based software products Senior German Account Manager.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the re selling of the products to retail, maintenance and IT companies.

*Actively calling and recruiting new resellers, *Proactive account management (with a contact plan) of existing resellers, *Critique new Reseller applications, *Approve new Resellers and provide assistance in getting them trained on the Reseller portal, *Answer email correspondence from existing and potential Resellers, *Canvass and prospect for new Resellers in Europe, *Provide customer support to area Account Managers in Europe, *The production and maintenance of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the Reseller channel, *Campaign development, maintenance and monitoring of Resellers.

You will have 3+ years experience in a Customer Service, Sales Representative, Account Management or Marketing Administrative type role. Fluent English & German is essential.

Experience in an IT based industry a must. Strong PC, Administrative and Time management skills are essential. Experience in the Internet/ Software industry would be a plus.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy the thrill of being involved in the whole sales process from prospecting and canvassing, to negotiating a partnership agreement, to closing the deal and then account managing them.

Salary: €28-30K plus commission OTE €40-42K plus VHI & Pension
