Accountant - Dublin City Centre

Accountant required for a leading company in Dublin city centre.
Salary: 45000
Benefits: BONUS
Working hours - 8am to 5pm with 1hr lunch break
Role:
Highly motivated finance resource required to restructure current business and drive out new opportunities in new property based company.
Responsibilities:
Office Finance
· Manage and maintain existing financial database/system
· Define office finance structure and strategy
· All Tax Returns (VAT, RTD, RCT etc) for all entities under Monti management
· Manage relationship with external Auditors and Tax advisors
· Office and company wages payments and tax returns
Portfolio Finance (management of 3rd party portfolios finance)
· Investigate and structure/re-structure current portfolios
· Investment Strategy definition support
· Tax Strategy/ Liaison with Tax Consultants
· Quarterly Reports
· Profit & Loss/balance sheet/cash flows
· VAT Returns
· Structured Finance/Re-placement of portfolio debt
· Assess current capital tax allowances in place and ensure correctly utilised and relevant details are forwarded to KPMG
Project Finance
· Deliver and manage project appraisals
· Project invoice/VAT returns & cash flows
New business Strategy/opportunities
· Support definition and rollout company finance strategy
· Appraise and propose new business opportunities
