Accommodation Supervisor - North Dublin

Accommodation Supervisor with 1-2 years experience is required for a leading hotel in North Dublin to lead and motivate staff. Please note that this is a working role, whereby the successful candidate will be expected to, not only supervise the Department, but also clean approximately 7 bedrooms per day.
Duties will include:
Delegating duties to the Accommodation team, to ensure all floors and work areas are covered.
Rostering staff in accordance with business levels and budgetary constraints.
Checking your allocated guest rooms thoroughly in line with high standards set out.
Recording any maintenance issues and following up with the maintenance team to ensure repairs are dealt with promptly.
Monitoring and supervising the public area cleaning.
Cleaning duties within all areas of the Hotel.
