Accounts Assistant - East Wall

Accounts assistant required for a leading company in East Wall.
Person with good varied experience in accounts:
Debtors-invoicing, allocating, credits, queries, control accounts.
Creditors-invoices, reconciling to statements, cheque runs, control accounts.
Banks-reconciliations, journals, posting to sage, downloading from internet.
Asset Register-useful to have the basics of depreciation and lease interest but not essential, training provided.
Taxes-an understanding of vat, paye, prsi and the returns which have to be made.
Accounts Prep—up to trial balance stage and management accounts would be excellent but not essential.
Ad hoc office work as is required.
Minimum 2 years experience in accounts
Ideal candidate will be flexible and interested in learning how all the areas of the business operate.
Ideally they will have sage experience and excel and word. Sage is not essential but excel and word are. Would suit accounting technician or PQ accountant. This is a great opportunity to learn about the full business.
Salary €30k.
