Chef De Partie (Michelin Star) - Dublin

Experienced Chef de Partie required for a Michelin star restaurant in Dublin to join their Kitchen brigade. Reporting to the Head Chef / Sous Chef, the successful individual will be responsible for the daily production & presentation of food for the Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess:
?Previous experience in a michelin star or high end restaurant
?The ability to work well in a team environment but also capable of working on own initiative
?Display a passion for cooking & presentation of modern cuisine
?The ability to organise and prepare mise en place for relevant menus
