Chef/Restaurant Manager (Sushi) - Dublin

Trained chef/restaurant manager is required for a sushi restaurant in Dublin. You will need front of house management skills combined with a track record in cooking, basically a chef who has progressed into a restaurant management role. This will be a hands on position, cooking, training staff, maintaining standards, costing, marketing, reporting.
Restaurant needs to be developed to increase opening hours and sales in the restaurant as well as sushi platters etc. to corporates in the area.
Applicants must have all these abilities and third level qualifications, obviously be outgoing a self starter and willing to work weekends and evenings.
