Responsibilities:
Key purpose of the role is to meet/exceed targets for inbound or outbound in line with the sales plan
To possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the company services, products and a working knowledge of office systems and procedures.
To answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner with a view to converting requests to actual quality sales and achieving appropriate sales and Key Performance Indicator targets, whilst providing world class customer service.
To contact via outbound calling new and existing customers to sell/upgrade, cross sell and retain company services.
Requirements:
· At least 1 years demonstrated sales/customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills are essential
· Fluency in ENGLISH
