Fund Accounting, Assistant Manager
The Challenge
The Hedge Fund Assistant Manager is operationally responsible for Accountants, Senior Accountants and Supervisors in the group and will provide on-going support to the Fund Accounting Manager in co-ordination and review of accounting operations, including all relevant controls of the department. Other responsibilities include managing staff, and organising all matters relating to the training and development of the team.
The Candidate
The Candidate will have 4yrs+ experience from a funds background, preferably hedge funds and at least 2yrs of these in a managerial / supervisory capacity. The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and first rate people management skills.
