Financial Analyst, Newly Qualified ACA
Working in a team charged with the responsibility to identify, develop and construct new investment opportunities within the Group, role will include:
-Review and challenge of investment proposals for new and existing projects
-Active participation on multi-disciplined teams to provide financial support for the development of projects
-Development of financial spreadsheet models for the evaluation of projects, preparing profit and risk scenario analyses and ensuring the correct project economics exist to provide a sound commercial basis for investing in opportunities which may arise.
-Liaising with finance providers as part of project funding activities.
-Due diligence of potential target companies. This may include co-ordination with external advisors where appropriate.
-Preparation of business unit financial projections to use in the financial and strategic management of Group.
-Monitoring technical / financial developments and advising on their impact on the financial performance of the business unit.
-Monitoring market developments in the regions in which the Group has investments or which are targeted for investment
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified with 1-2 years PQE, prior exposure to corporate finance while an advantage is not essential. Candidate will have strong business acumen with strong financial modelling skills and the ability to think laterally and logically.
Our client is a high profile well established company based in Dublin C.C.
Remuneration package will be very attractive to include a basic salary (commensurate with experience and skillet) of c. €55 - 75k + Bonus + Benefits.
