All round Chef
at Glasolutions in Dublin City South
Applicant will need their own transport, will need to have full qualifications and be trained in full HACCP.
Applicant must be eligible to work in Ireland and have all correct documentation and speak fluent English and have computer ability for excel, word and outlook.
You will be responsible for ordering, stock control, HACCP, counter staff rostering. All food preparation and service for both hot and cold counter.
You will be the chef/manager and responsible to the catering director.
Restaurant Type: Café.
Menu Type: Café / Bistro (breakfasts, panini, salads, wraps, quiches, daily hot dishes, soups,etc., also smoothie/juice bar)
Restaurant Location: Dublin 18 (further units to follow)
Restaurant Hours: Kitchens are open from 7am – 6pm 7 days per week.
Pay Rate: €15.00ph
