Position: French Customer Support Representative
Type: full-time, 6 month contract
Location: Galway
Salary: depending on experience between €20,000 and €24,000

The job:
• Our client’s partners offer software-as-a-service solutions to the small and medium business market in their local territory. You will support these partners, and answer any queries they might have regarding the administration and implementation of partner programs by phone or email.
• In addition to this, you will use your partners’ feedback to report and present senior management with new options to improve your department’s services to the partners.
The requirements:
• Fluent French
• 3rd level degree and approx 1 to 2 years experience in a customer service position (our preference goes out to someone with experience in the IT industry)
• Confident communicator and patient listener; strong analytical and presentation skills; customer focused and enthusiastic.
