The job:
This department checks whether customers work conform their software contract with our client. You will be responsible for dealing with customers based in Portugal and your duties will include:
• Assist customers with executing software contract audits in their computer systems and ensure the submission of their audit results
• Evaluate audit results and escalate your findings to the responsible department to ensure contracts are updated with any necessary changes
• Answer customers’ contractual and technical questions by phone and liaise with internal departments such as sales, contract and technical teams in relation to your customers’ queries
The requirements:
• Fluent Portuguese
• 1 years experience in a customer service or administrative position
• Knowledge of MS Office
